About Me
I’m Meg Simon, educator, speaker, and leader dedicated to helping others lead with courage, clarity, and heart. As the youngest female principal in the history of Findlay High School, I’ve built my career on breaking barriers and redefining what leadership looks like in education and beyond.
Named one of the region’s Top 20 Under 40 and recognized as Ohio’s Assistant Principal of the Year in 2020, I’m passionate about equipping leaders to inspire trust, foster connection, and create meaningful change. My experience as a former Division I athlete and coach shapes my leadership philosophy: disciplined, team-driven, and always growth-focused.
But leadership, to me, isn’t about the hustle, it’s about presence. I believe you can lead boldly without losing yourself, pursue excellence while still staying grounded, and build influence rooted in authenticity. Whether working with organizations, school teams, or individual leaders, I bring energy, honesty, and a grounded perspective to every interaction.
As a wife, mom of two boys, and lifelong learner, I know the power of showing up fully, at work, at home, and in life. My mission is to help others do the same: to lead courageously, stay true to themselves, and create impact that lasts.
